The whole headline reads "Obama Delays Oil Pipeline, Neb. Claims Victory"

Nebraska officials including its Republican governor pushed against the project

You're a little off on the greed, it's mainly in the Oval office and the Senate. I've never seen a bunch so set on confiscating money from folks to spend on wasteful ventures. O'Bummer wants to spend $3,800,000,000,000 this year alone! Amazing ain't it?

Hey VetteBlue, what year Vette do you have?

by detfan  Mar 05, 2011

I don't know what you mean. GM is now cost structured to be profitable at just under 10M SAAR and at 19% share. Car sales are higher and their market share is higher. GM is making a profit on cars much higher tha just a few years ago. GM's latest launches have all been stellar sellers in the marketplace. They can't make enough Equinox's and Terrrrains, and the Chevy Cruze looks like it is going to topple the Civic and Corolla in sales. Take a closer look at GM. Wall Street says the stock will go to over $45 within a couple of years. The Buick LaCrosse, and regal are tearing it up, and GM's 8 seat crossovers domiate the industry. Just sayin. :-)

The Trans-Alaska Pipeline is private property built by major oil companies to transport oil they bought from the State of Alaska. Most maintenance problems lie in the small feeder lines linking the privately owned and operated oilfields to the 900-mile long 48" pipeline.

Chevy Cruze ECO 42 MPG, Chevy Malibu 33 MPG, Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrrain, and Chevy HHR 32 MPG. Upcoming Chevy Sonic 46 MPG.

Look up my topic and post your answer to my question: Obama is he doing a good job? Yes or No --- Thanks

by DonKofAK  Nov 09, 2010

The point of the GM Bailout news item is that Bush initiated both the bailout and TARP before Obama took office. "He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors". ~ Thomas Jefferson
